“Home”
Having lost our original created perfection, we are left constantly searching for wholeness. Transcendent moments of wonder awaken us from our dullness. And while our taste of beauty, mystery, and belonging is pleasing, we always want more. We want the perfect, permanent fulfillment of beauty, mystery, and belonging.
The longing for “something more” is our heart’s desire pointing us toward Home, to God alone who can satisfy us.
Question
In what ways do you experience a longing for completion, for “something more”?
