We are Theodyssey

Our passion is to see people encounter God and be radically changed by the truth of His love.

We are raising up a new generation of transformational leaders who know how to cultivate authentic environments and foster conversations that matter, guiding others through the process of being conformed to the image of Jesus for the sake of others.

Over the last 20 years, we have had the privilege of journeying with over 5,000 people and training more than 150 leaders. Although we have our roots in California and Colorado, God has used Theodyssey in 5 different countries. We’re bringing spiritual formation out of the abbey and into the corners of culture.

Theodyssey is a community of teachers, parents, business partners, computer technicians, engineers, and students, with a diversity of Christian traditions, from various states and countries, who share a desire to grow in a deepening relationship with God and to share that journey with others. Our staff team and board of directors have a deep-rooted passion to help that community grow and thrive.

Theodyssey is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit organization supported entirely by God’s generosity funneled through people committed to the transforming work of Jesus in human lives.

Ben, currently Senior Vice President for Business Development at HydroPoint Data Systems, brings years of experience from the world of high-tech start-ups and entrepreneurial leadership. Ben, his wife Marcia, and daughter Ellie live in Petaluma, CA.

Lisa brings over 40 years of experience in executive leadership within nonprofit ministry, primarily in Christian camping. Lisa, whose husband, Mark, is already with the Lord, enjoys doing life with their four young adult children and significant other.

Jim brings years of wisdom and know-how from his experience as an officer and pilot in the U.S. Navy and executive leadership in Silicon Valley corporations. Jim and his wife Pam live in Rio Verde, AZ.

Jim Williams

Robert works as a certified Executive Coach with WeAlign LLC. He is a US Navy veteran, a current associate staff member with the Navigators, a former pastor, and Navigator staff working with collegiate students, military personnel, and business groups. He and his wife Sherrill live in Colorado Springs, CO.

Robert Nielsen

Rachael is a professional healthcare provider, an occasional college instructor, and a published author in the nutrition and wellness space. She is passionate about helping others turn head knowledge into practical and meaningful life change. Rachael and her husband Zach live in Scotts Valley, CA, and have two kids away at college.
